Where the maker’s own documents disagree

  • deere.com 2038R spec data appears to belong to a different (larger, German-built) tractor: PowrQuad transmission, Cat 2/3N hitch, 21-30 gpm pumps, 52.8 gal fuel, 460/85R34 tires, country of manufacture Germany. Not used; all 2038R values from 2 Series brochure.
  • Brochure gives 2038R engine as 36.7 hp in spec table and 37.2 hp in body text.
  • Drive 4WD: brochure says 2032R/2038R get the features standard on the 2025R, which lists four-wheel drive.
  • Rear PTO rpm not stated in 2 Series brochure (only 'Independent', 'Mid and Rear standard').
  • 220R loader 1120 lb at pivot full height on both 220R page (test tractor 2032R/2038R) and brochure.
